Individuals selected for this opportunity will actively participate in the firm's collaborative design process, working actively with clients, other staff members, consultants, and community members in a number of diverse and exciting building and community development projects.
Projects currently under design include community development plans, community centers, cultural centers, libraries, visitor centers and visitor facilities, airport passenger terminals, university and k-12 educational facilities, justice facilities, arts centers, senior centers, national parks projects, adaptive reuse and new construction.
Senior Architect/Project Manager
The individual selected for this opportunity will be involved in client interface, coordination
of consultants and designers, design development and construction document
preparation, construction administration, specifications, and project management on a
wide variety of projects. Great communication, collaboration, organizational and project
management skills are essential, as is a team-oriented, flexible attitude and a passion for
high quality designed work projects. Must have at least 5 years experience as a
Licensed Architect. AutoCAD proficiency desirable. Full-time employment. Salary
range: $65,000 - $90,000 DOE. Employer will assist with relocation costs. Will negotiate
terms and conditions if interested in 1 or 2 year contract employment.
Intern Architect
Selected individuals will actively participate in all aspects of facility planning, design, and
construction. We are looking for flexibility, team spirit and an accredited architectural
degree with 1 to 5 years of experience. Knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is a
must. 3-D Modeling, Photoshop and Pagemaker are a plus. Full-time employment.
Salary range: $35,000 to $50,000 DOE. Employer will assist with relocation costs. Will
negotiate terms and conditions if interested in 2 year contract employment.
