This project provides neighborhood revitalization with construction of (72) new family housing units in the North Town Neighborhood of Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The units are arranged as townhouses, which include duplex, triplex and fourplex buildings.
The project also includes design and construction encompassing selective demolition, pedestrian and vehicle circulation, utility systems, outdoor lighting, play lots, and site amenities, neighborhood parks, landscaping, and physical security.
